One Health Analytics LLC, founded and led by veterinarian Dr. Jae Seok Bae, operates Guardian Watch Worldwide (GWW), a global early-warning platform for zoonotic, foodborne, and environmental disease signals. Built on a One Health foundation, GWW draws on around 200 sources worldwide, including WHO, ECDC, ProMED, WOAH/WAHIS, national veterinary and public-health agencies, and the scientific literature, and screens them continuously for signs of emerging outbreaks, with particular attention to the animal–human interface that conventional human-health surveillance often overlooks.
What sets it apart is that emphasis on the veterinary and animal side of emerging disease, and its work turning raw signals into a research-ready resource: incoming reports are scored for relevance, enriched with source detail, and structured into a harmonized dataset, with a defined set of more than thirty priority diseases actively tracked and a companion archive of their historical outbreaks now being built for the research community.
GWW publishes daily, weekly, and monthly surveillance briefs, free to anyone, with the underlying dataset available to subscribing researchers for analysis, citation, and publication. The live dashboard maps human and animal disease signals together, so that a spillover — a pathogen moving between animals and people in the same place — can be seen at a glance.
